this spacious beach oasis is located in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on waterfront (Little Bayou) The sunset views are magnificent and the fishing an boating is superb! The 200 feet of waterfront shoreline offers hours of kayaking (3 provided for you), jet skiing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing shallow shores for swimming, ALL in beautiful sandy bottom blue salt water. The lagoon offers shallow and calmer waters than that of the Gulf, which makes it perfect for the above activities.

You can actually hear the fish jumping right out of the water at night! Enjoy your gas grill by barbecuing steak, fish, veggies and more. There are two large picnic tables outside with additional seating with chairs and chaise lounge chairs. Wash sandy toes under the cooling spray of the outdoor shower.
